Focusing on the accurate collection of rights from audiovisual and advertising broadcasts, Velvetica notably administers worldwide the repertoires of film production companies such as Pathé and Gaumont but also the catalogue of Europe’s leading telecommunications operator Orange. Thanks to a proactive venture with sync boutique Creaminal, Velvetica is also active on the creative side getting substantial placements for the music publishers that we represent as administrator or sub-publisher through their imprint entitled Velvet Cream. Whenever we control the rights on a global scale, we optimize our missions through a network of 18 sub-publishers around the world. We are active members of:

We at Velvetica (Johanna, Benjamin, Thomas) have been very lucky in 2017 to get to promote the works of the talents brought by our publishing partners in the pop genre and we want to thank them all for this.
We thought the best homage we could pay would be to share with you a selection of music released by their artists this year.
We also want to thank the two interns that worked with us this year, Jérémy and Arthur.
Velvetica’s Synthwave playlist will satisfy your daily need of retro-futuristic 80’s inspired sounds with a variety of tracks by some of the genre’s best artists (Perturbator, Anoraak, Bot’ox…)
A selection of Velvetica’s most energic, raw and minimalist Garage tracks composed by a handful of great artists (Powersolo, The Pinheads, Borneo, Thee Attacks…)
